Classes

Edge Strength

Length: 60 minutes

Total-body strength training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, and more to build power, muscle, and functional strength.

TRX Total Body Strength

Length: 60 minutes

Suspension-based training that uses your body weight to build full-body strength, core stability, and functional fitness.

Cycle + Core

Length: 60–75 minutes

High-energy cycling intervals paired with targeted core and strength work for a powerful, calorie-burning full-body workout.

Performance Cycle 60

Length: 60 minutes

Athletic indoor cycling with intervals, climbs, and sprints, driven by music and real-time heart rate tracking using MyZone.

Performance Cycle 75–90

Length: 75–90 minutes

Extended performance cycling focused on endurance, power, and stamina, featuring long rides, athletic intervals, and MyZone heart rate tracking.

Heather

Edge Performance Cycle / TRX / Edge Strength

Heather Yondo has been teaching group exercise classes since 1990. She started teaching indoor cycling classes when she was training for her first triathlon in 1997. Since then, Heather hasn’t looked back. She has taught throughout the Greater Cleveland area and, in collaboration with her husband Mike, is excited to bring quality indoor cycling and group training back home.

Heather currently holds fitness certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Spinning, TRX, and Cooper Institute of Aerobics and Fitness. She believes in motivating participants to reach new levels of health in every class.

She has a low tolerance for talking in her classes and requires push-ups if participants are late—laugh if you want, but you will push the limits and experience the intensity with Heather! Her sports idols include Dara Torres, and Bobby Knight, which speaks volumes about Heather’s coaching style.
