PJ’s sports background includes volleyball, swimming, field hockey and dance. Her first introduction to teaching others began at 14 when she taught swimming lessons, as well as advanced water safety and life guarding classes. In college PJ was responsible for choreography for high school dance teams. Her first group class certification was through ACE, since then she has taken certifications in spinning, TRX, and is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. She is passionate about nutrition, functional movement and helping people improve and maintain their mobility so they can stay out of nursing homes and function independently for their entire life.
