Edge Performance Cycle

Indoor cycling at it’s best!  Cycle classes will simulate riding various types of terrain.  Enjoy sprinting, climbing, interval training and more! A great class for the beginner as well as the advanced cyclist. Heart rate monitor recommended.  Performance cycle 60 and performance cycle 75 incorporate  heart pounding intervals and climbs like you have never experienced.   Don’t get caught hydrating or toweling off in the performance classes this could result in more intense intervals.
